In late January of 2008, I heard a report about some good and bad places to buy Real Estate. While nothing in Cowlitz County was even close to being on the list, it's always interesting to hear what other people think about what is a good deal. REMEMBER, it's only someone else's opinion. Detroit, Michigan
Miami, Florida
Riverside/San Bernardino, California
     
It was also added that before you buy, you should check out some basic fundamentals.

Is job growth stable in the area?
Is income keeping up with inflation?
Is crime above the national average?
Is there a higher-than-average rate of foreclosures?
